A customer places an order via online, phone, WhatsApp, or through a distributor.
Once your warehouse packages the items such as milk, butter, cheese, ghee, paneer, etc., the logistics team updates the order status to “Shipped/Dispatched.”
Your system automatically sends a tracking link through SMS and email.
The customer clicks the link to track the real-time movement of their order.
