Great question. The exchange rate is determined by our payment gateway provider based on the current day’s rate. You’ll see the converted amount in your bank or card statement once the payment is processed. For transparency, you can also check the conversion rate displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

That’s a valid concern. Since our primary billing currency is INR, some banks may apply a foreign transaction or conversion fee. To minimize this, we recommend using international cards/wallets that support INR transactions without extra charges. Alternatively, we can provide you with a PayPal or international wire transfer option upon request.

I understand your concern. Currently, our website displays all prices in INR by default. However, the payment gateway automatically converts INR into USD during the transaction. You can proceed with your card, and the charge will reflect in dollars. If you’d prefer a direct USD invoice, please reach out to us via email with your order ID, and we’ll assist you.
